What kind of document required?
There is no documentation involved, all process could be done online.
How long it usually take to open a webshop?
We provide 100% online and automated services, a few webshop builded just in a few minutes.
What is user ID?
User ID is combination of word or number to recognize an user in login process.
Please be aware once you decided your ID, it cannot be changed.
What is website ID?
Website ID is combination of word or number to recognize a website.
This ID will be used as a part of your website URL.
e.g. http://*******.citimalls.net/
Do you prohibit any third party links in the website?
No, there is no content-based restrictions. We host your creativity, you are welcome to customize your website content as need.

How to Use
Can i change "Thank you for shopping" email?
Yes, you could change email's target, subject, or any text within.
(Shop Manager > Status Manager > 0500:Pending Order)
How do I customize shipping method?
You could customize shipping method and adjust fees rate from Shop Manager > Shipping Module.
How do I accept credit card for the payment?
Please turn on Shop Manager > Payment Module > PayPal.
With PayPal enabled, you could accept various payment method, such as email transfer, worldwide bank transfer, etc. Please notice PayPal required additional fees for each order.
Can i change the look of website?
Yes, we offer a few preset templates for you. You could choose it from Website Properties. In additional, if you have HTML/CSS skills, you could detail customize it from Page Manager > CSS Manager.
My customer usign Yahoo!Email and did not receive any email.
We received a few reports about this happened.
It might caused by filtering features from Yahoo. You could unlock this features with a few steps.
  1. Login into Yahoo Email
  2. Click [Mail Options] at the top right menu
  3. Click [Filters] at the left menu
  4. Click [Add Filter]
  5. Enter [Filter name]
  6. Enter webshop email for [sender]
  7. Adjust [sender] into "contains".
  8. Adjust [Move to folder] into "inbox".
  9. Click [Save Changes] at the left top menu

Cancellations
How do I cancel my membership?
Please login at first and make sure you have deleted all your website. You can cancel your membership from menu Account > Close Account.
